The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आत्मानमित्थं त्रैलोक्यरूपेणान्येन वा निजम् ।
परिपश्यति रूपं स्वमत्यजन्नेव खात्मकम् ॥ ३ ॥
ātmānamitthaṃ trailokyarūpeṇānyena vā nijam |
paripaśyati rūpaṃ svamatyajanneva khātmakam || 3 ||
The soul sees itself in the form of the triple world, and every thing besides in its different nature and figure, without changing itself to any one of them.
