शास्त्रस्यास्य तु यन्नाम वादनं तद्विनापरः ।
अभ्यासो दृश्यसंशान्त्यै न भूतो न भविष्यति ॥ ६८ ॥

śāstrasyāsya tu yannāma vādanaṃ tadvināparaḥ |
abhyāso dṛśyasaṃśāntyai na bhūto na bhaviṣyati || 68 ||

There is no other means, for suppressing the mind from the sight of the visibles; without the constant habit of attending to the lectures (of the preceptor) on this sacred sastra.
