The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.150.28

अथ वातरथारूढो गगनं भ्रान्तवानहम् ।
पुष्पामोद इवानन्तं गत्वा च त्वरया चिरम् ॥ २८ ॥

atha vātarathārūḍho gaganaṃ bhrāntavānaham |
puṣpāmoda ivānantaṃ gatvā ca tvarayā ciram || 28 ||

Then mounting on the car of wind, I wandered through the air, and was wafted to a hundred ways like the odour of a flower, carried rapidly all about by the odoriferous breezes for a long time.
