The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.145.3

यदा त्वन्तर्मुखान्येव सन्त्यक्षाणि तदा जगत् ।
अणुमात्रं स्ववपुषि जीवस्तेनातिवेत्ति तत् ॥ ३ ॥

yadā tvantarmukhānyeva santyakṣāṇi tadā jagat |
aṇumātraṃ svavapuṣi jīvastenātivetti tat || 3 ||

When the external senses are all directed to the inside, and the inner senses are concentrated in the mind; then the object of thought and the idea of the world however minute they had been before, assume gradually a more expanded form, and present their extended appearances to the soul.
