The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.108.47

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
इत्युक्त्वाथ प्रणामं च स कृत्वा त्वरया ययौ ।
कृत्वा गुलुगुलारावं शान्तो वीचिरिवाम्बुधेः ॥ ४७ ॥

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca |
ityuktvātha praṇāmaṃ ca sa kṛtvā tvarayā yayau |
kṛtvā gulugulārāvaṃ śānto vīcirivāmbudheḥ || 47 ||

Vasishtha added:—Saying so, and binding lowly to his lord, the emissary went out forthwith; as the undulation of the sea disappears, after making a gurgling noise.
