The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.96.40

नास्तमेति न चोदेति न कदाचन किंचन ।
सर्वमेव च चिन्मात्रमाकाशविशदं यतः ॥ ४० ॥

nāstameti na codeti na kadācana kiṃcana |
sarvameva ca cinmātramākāśaviśadaṃ yataḥ || 40 ||

There is nothing whatever, that rises or sets (i.e. is produced or destroyed) at any time or place; but every thing is contained in the sole and self-existent intellect, and is displayed in its clear and vacuous sphere.
