The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

कुतोऽप्याकाशकुहराद्दृप्तदैत्यगणा इव ।
पुष्करावर्तका मेघाश्चक्रुर्गुलुगुलारवम् ॥ ५ ॥

kuto'pyākāśakuharāddṛptadaityagaṇā iva |
puṣkarāvartakā meghāścakrurgulugulāravam || 5 ||

There appeared from some cavity of the sky some hideous clouds, called pushkara Avartaka and others in the forms of dreadful demons, and roaring with tremendous noise.
