The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.73.26

ततो मनस्तदारूढमहंकारपदं गतम् ।
देशकालपरिच्छेद इत्यङ्गीकृत आत्मना ॥ २६ ॥

tato manastadārūḍhamahaṃkārapadaṃ gatam |
deśakālapariccheda ityaṅgīkṛta ātmanā || 26 ||

Then the mind being actuated by its vanity, takes upon it the denomination of egoism, and is inclined to make imaginary divisions of space and time.
