The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तथानुगच्छति प्राज्ञः शास्त्रसाधुसमागमौ ।
यथात्यन्तानुषङ्गेण तावेवानुभवत्यसौ ॥ १८ ॥

tathānugacchati prājñaḥ śāstrasādhusamāgamau |
yathātyantānuṣaṅgeṇa tāvevānubhavatyasau || 18 ||

The wise man follows the conduct of holy sages, and the precepts of the sastras in such a manner; as to imitate and practice them himself.
