The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

व्यवहारेषु कार्येषु भोगसंपादकेष्वपि ।
परमुद्वेगमायाति सनिद्र इव बोधितः ॥ २० ॥

vyavahāreṣu kāryeṣu bhogasaṃpādakeṣvapi |
paramudvegamāyāti sanidra iva bodhitaḥ || 20 ||

In the callings of his life, as also to the calls of his private and public interest; he is as displeased and annoyed, as one who is untimely roused from his wholesome sleep.
