The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जीवन्तोऽपि न जीवन्ति म्रियन्ते न मृता अपि ।
सन्तोपि च न सन्तीव पारावारविदः शुभाः ॥ २९ ॥

jīvanto'pi na jīvanti mriyante na mṛtā api |
santopi ca na santīva pārāvāravidaḥ śubhāḥ || 29 ||

Hence they that are acquainted with the soul, and are liberated in their life time (or become jivanmukta); never think themselves to be born or living or dying at any time.
