इदं कर्तव्यतात्यागं न किंचित्तेन तत्कृतम् ।
बोधादिदंतासंवित्तेः स्वयं विलयनात्तु यत् ॥ ३८ ॥

idaṃ kartavyatātyāgaṃ na kiṃcittena tatkṛtam |
bodhādidaṃtāsaṃvitteḥ svayaṃ vilayanāttu yat || 38 ||

Nobody is deemed as the doer of an act, who does not do it by his deliberate choice; and the knowledge of the unreality of the world, leads to the ignoring of all action also.
