The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.2.46

अन्तर्मुखतया सर्वं चिद्वह्नौ त्रिजगत्तृणम् ।
जुह्वतोऽन्तर्निवर्तन्ते मुनेश्चित्तादिविभ्रमाः ॥ ४६ ॥

antarmukhatayā sarvaṃ cidvahnau trijagattṛṇam |
juhvato'ntarnivartante muneścittādivibhramāḥ || 46 ||

The saint having his sight fixed upon his inner soul, sees the world burnt down as straws by the fire of his intellect; and finds his erroneous conceptions of the mind, to fly far away from it, like flitting flies from a conflagration.
