The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

कर्तुर्भोगेश्वरस्यैवमर्थे चेदनुवर्तसे ।
तदस्य काचिन्नेच्छेह तृप्तत्वात्सर्वदैव हि ॥ ६५ ॥

karturbhogeśvarasyaivamarthe cedanuvartase |
tadasya kācinneccheha tṛptatvātsarvadaiva hi || 65 ||

Thou art wrong to pursue the objects of sense, for the sake of thy maker and master; because the Lord is independent of all desire (of the service of others,) being full and satisfied in himself forever.
