The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.91.35

उपलब्धेऽजडं विद्धि तेनेदं सर्वमेव हि ।
उपलम्भो हि सदृशसंबन्धात्स्यात्समात्मनोः ॥ ३५ ॥

upalabdhe'jaḍaṃ viddhi tenedaṃ sarvameva hi |
upalambho hi sadṛśasaṃbandhātsyātsamātmanoḥ || 35 ||

Know everything to be sentient that has its perception or sensitivity; wherefore all things are possest of their perceptivity, by the like relation (sadrisya-sambandha) of themselves with the supreme soul.
