The Sanskrit edition of the Katyayana-smriti referencing the English translation and grammatical analysis. The Katyayana-smriti is one of the minor works on Dharmashastra as mentioned in the Yajnavalkya-smriti. विरुद्धं न्यायतो यत्तु चरित्रं कल्प्यते नृपैः ।
एवं तत्र निरस्येत चरित्रं तु नृपाज्ञया ॥ ८ [४२] ॥

viruddhaṃ nyāyato yattu caritraṃ kalpyate nṛpaiḥ |
evaṃ tatra nirasyeta caritraṃ tu nṛpājñayā || 8 [42] ||
