निर्णयं तु यदा कुर्यात्तेन धर्मेण पार्थिवः ।
व्यवहारश्चरित्रेण तदा तेनैव बाध्यते ॥ ७ [४१] ॥

nirṇayaṃ tu yadā kuryāttena dharmeṇa pārthivaḥ |
vyavahāraścaritreṇa tadā tenaiva bādhyate || 7 [41] ||
