The Sanskrit edition of the Katyayana-smriti referencing the English translation and grammatical analysis. अनेन विधिना युक्तं बाधकं यद्यदुत्तरम् ।
अन्यथाबाधनं यत्र तत्र धर्मो विहन्यते ॥ ९ [४३] ॥

anena vidhinā yuktaṃ bādhakaṃ yadyaduttaram |
anyathābādhanaṃ yatra tatra dharmo vihanyate || 9 [43] ||
