श्री-गोपदेवतोवाच
राधे व्रजन् सानु-गिरेस् तटीषु
सङ्कोच-वीथीषु मनोहरासु
यान्तीं स्वतो मां दधि-विक्रयार्थं
रुरोध मार्गे नव-नन्द-पुत्रः
śrī-gopadevatovāca
rādhe vrajan sānu-gires taṭīṣu
saṅkoca-vīthīṣu manoharāsu
yāntīṃ svato māṃ dadhi-vikrayārthaṃ
rurodha mārge nava-nanda-putraḥ
śrī-gopadevatā uvāca—Śrī Gopadevatā said; rādhe—O Rādhā; vrājan—going; sānu-gireḥ—of the mountain; taṭīṣu—on the sides; saṅkoca—narrow; vīthīṣu—on the path; manoharāsu—beautiful; yāntīm—going; svataḥ—personally; mām—to Me; dadhi—yogurt; vikraya—selling; artham—for the purpose; rurodha—stopped; mārge—om the path; nava-nanda-putraḥ—Nanda's son.
English translation of verse 2.18.14:
Śrī Gopadevatā said: As He was walking on the beautiful narrow pathways by the hillside, and I was also walking there to sell some yogurt, Nanda's son, Kṛṣṇa, stopped Me.
