The Garga-samhita Verse 2.18.13, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 18 (The Sight of Shri Krishnacandra) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

तस्याः प्रेम-वचः श्रुत्वा
भगवान् गोपदेवता
प्रहसन्न् आह राजेन्द्र
श्री-राधां कीर्ति-नन्दिनीम्

tasyāḥ prema-vacaḥ śrutvā
bhagavān gopadevatā
prahasann āha rājendra
śrī-rādhāṃ kīrti-nandinīm

tasyāḥ—of Her; prema-vacaḥwords of love; śrutvāhearing; bhagavānthe Lord; gopadevatā—Gopadevatā; prahasann—smiling; āha—said; rājendra—O king; śrī-rādhām—to Śrī Rādhā; kīrti-nandinīm—the daughter of Kīrti.

English translation of verse 2.18.13:

O king, when He heard Her words of love, Lord Gopadevatā smiled and spoke to Kīrtī's daughter Rādhā.
