Verse 164 [Ekādaśa-varṇa]

Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration and English commentary of verse 164:

क्षान्त आदिकलिताक्षचक्रगो धीनिरासकृततद्विचारणः ।
खण्डचक्र उदितोऽम्ब ते क्रमो रुद्रसंख्य इह संहृतिक्रमः ॥ १६४ ॥

kṣānta ādikalitākṣacakrago dhīnirāsakṛtatadvicāraṇaḥ |
khaṇḍacakra udito'mba te kramo rudrasaṃkhya iha saṃhṛtikramaḥ || 164 ||

Comparative analysis of commentaries and excerpts in English:

[Ekādaśa Varṇa (varṇaiḥ) Khaṇḍacakra Saṃśṛṭi-Saṃhṛtikrama (saṃhṛtikramau)]

Within the Varṇamātṛkacakra of a-kara and Nāda, is the Akṣa-cakra formed of letters from ā-kāra to kṣa-kāra. In the Saṃśṛti-krama [Saṃsṛṣṭi-krama?] eleven Varṇa s from “ā” to “aḥ” form the Khaṇḍacakra, leaving the four Ṣaṇḍasvaras and ī-kāra are removed. “dha-kāra” is also left out, to form the Khaṇḍacakra having a set of eleven Varṇas for each[1] of the four kramas (Sṛṣṭi, Sthiti, Saṃhāra and Anākhya). Eleven Varṇas from ‘kṣa’ to ‘ma’ form the Saṃhṛtikrama which is Mahākāli’s Krama arising in Khaṇḍacakra, which must be meditated upon by Sādhaka.
