This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 64.212

मनोज्ञघोषं रुतं सत्वसारो + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + ।
न कश्चिद् अस्ति समो सर्वलोके तथासि पूर्वचरितो महर्षि ॥ २१२ ॥

manojñaghoṣaṃ rutaṃ satvasāro + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + |
na kaścid asti samo sarvaloke tathāsi pūrvacarito maharṣi || 212 ||

“... There is none equal to thee in the whole world. So, O great Seer, hast thou lived in former lives. (212)
