पृथ्व्यादीन्यपि सन्त्येव तत्र सन्ति न कानिचित् ।
जीवन्तोऽपि न विद्यन्ते जीवास्तत्र च केचन ॥ ३६ ॥

pṛthvyādīnyapi santyeva tatra santi na kānicit |
jīvanto'pi na vidyante jīvāstatra ca kecana || 36 ||

The earth and all elemental bodies reside in it, in a manner as they are absent therein, and all living beings living by it, do not abide in the same.
