The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चिद्धातुव्योमभागो यो भाति यत्र यथा यथा ।
तथा तथा स तत्रास्ते यावदित्थं स्वभावतः ॥ १६ ॥

ciddhātuvyomabhāgo yo bhāti yatra yathā yathā |
tathā tathā sa tatrāste yāvaditthaṃ svabhāvataḥ || 16 ||

Whatever the vacuous essence of the intellect, exhibits in any form at any place; the same appears to be present there of its own nature.
