The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.150.12

तत एतद्गिरा पूर्वः स्वस्वभावः स्मृतो मया ।
अवदातोऽवदातेन नभसेव तपात्यये ॥ १२ ॥

tata etadgirā pūrvaḥ svasvabhāvaḥ smṛto mayā |
avadāto'vadātena nabhaseva tapātyaye || 12 ||

He said these words, saying, that he remembered his former nature, which was as bright and fair as the clear sky, at the end of the foggy season.
