जाग्रन्न संभवत्येव यज्जाग्रदिति शब्दितम् ।
स्वप्न एव जगद्रूपं निर्निद्रस्यैव चात्मनः ॥ २८ ॥

jāgranna saṃbhavatyeva yajjāgraditi śabditam |
svapna eva jagadrūpaṃ nirnidrasyaiva cātmanaḥ || 28 ||

It is not enough to call the waking alone as waking, because the dream also appears as waking to the waking soul that never sleeps.
