The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अहो त्वद्येदमाज्ञातं यदित्थं दृश्यते जगत् ।
तत्कथ्यते स्वप्न इति स्वचित्कचनमात्रकम् ॥ ३६ ॥

aho tvadyedamājñātaṃ yaditthaṃ dṛśyate jagat |
tatkathyate svapna iti svacitkacanamātrakam || 36 ||

Ah! it is now I perceive, said I to myself, that all these appearances passing under the names of the world; are mere representations of the intellect, in the form of a passing dream.
