The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

हतेन शस्त्रपाषाणैरयःपिण्डादिवासिना ।
हन्तृदाहार्थमुद्गीर्णाः कणकोपलताः क्वचित् ॥ ४२ ॥

hatena śastrapāṣāṇairayaḥpiṇḍādivāsinā |
hantṛdāhārthamudgīrṇāḥ kaṇakopalatāḥ kvacit || 42 ||

I saw the sparks of fire, emitted by the strokes of hammer, from the red hot iron of blacksmiths, were rising and flying about like golden brickbats, to hit the hammerer.
