The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स ज्वालविलसद्वातो दुष्टोऽनलदृशं व्रजन् ।
हेमाद्रीणां सपक्षाणामनीकं द्रवतामिव ॥ २० ॥

sa jvālavilasadvāto duṣṭo'naladṛśaṃ vrajan |
hemādrīṇāṃ sapakṣāṇāmanīkaṃ dravatāmiva || 20 ||

The air was blowing with fire, and passing every where as the fire of incendiarism; and melted down the golden citadels on the flying mountain of Meru.
