The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.63.73

देशकालस्वरूपेषु सत्सु वीच्यादिताम्भसि ।
जगदादौ तु देशाद्या असन्तो जगतीक्षिताः ॥ ७३ ॥

deśakālasvarūpeṣu satsu vīcyāditāmbhasi |
jagadādau tu deśādyā asanto jagatīkṣitāḥ || 73 ||

Again the undulation of waves occurs, in conjunction with the existing elements at certain spots and times; but the production of the world is wholly without the junction of the elemental bodies, which were not in existence at its creation.
