The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.30.62

वर्धते विलुठत्यत्ति चिच्चराचरकारिणी ।
चिदेवास्तीतरन्नास्ति चिन्मात्रमिदमुत्थितम् ॥ ६२ ॥

vardhate viluṭhatyatti ciccarācarakāriṇī |
cidevāstītarannāsti cinmātramidamutthitam || 62 ||

Know hence the intellect to be the cause of all moving and immovable things in nature, by its growing and feeding and supporting them all; and know also that the intellect is the only thing in existence, and all else is inexistent without it.
