अहंकारपिशाचोऽस्मिन्देहे तिष्ठतु यातु वा ।
त्वमेनमालोकय मा मनसा महतां वर ॥ ५३ ॥

ahaṃkārapiśāco'smindehe tiṣṭhatu yātu vā |
tvamenamālokaya mā manasā mahatāṃ vara || 53 ||

O Rama! that are the greatest among the great, never look at the demon of egoism, whether it may reside in your body or not; because the very look of it, is sure to delude any one.
