The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.25.52

अन्तःकुम्भकमालम्ब्य चिरं भूयो न शोच्यते ।
प्राणरेचकमालम्ब्य अपानाद्दूरकोटिगम् ॥ ५२ ॥

antaḥkumbhakamālambya ciraṃ bhūyo na śocyate |
prāṇarecakamālambya apānāddūrakoṭigam || 52 ||

By depending on the rechaka breath, and practicing the suppression of Kumbhaka breath, at the great distance of sixteen inches from the apana; a man has no more to be sorry for any thing.
