प्राणस्तावद्विचार्यन्तेऽदेशकाले न शोच्यते ।
हृदि चन्द्रार्कयोर्ज्ञात्वा नित्यमस्तमयोदयम् ॥ ४१ ॥

prāṇastāvadvicāryante'deśakāle na śocyate |
hṛdi candrārkayorjñātvā nityamastamayodayam || 41 ||

He who sees the seat of his soul in the mind situated within his heart, and at the confluence of the sol-luni prana and apana breathings in the Kumbhuka or retained breath, is no more subjected to be reborn and die.
