अन्यात्मन्यात्मभावेन देहमात्रास्थयानया ।
पुत्रदारकुटुम्बैश्च चेतो गच्छति पीनताम् ॥ ५७ ॥

anyātmanyātmabhāvena dehamātrāsthayānayā |
putradārakuṭumbaiśca ceto gacchati pīnatām || 57 ||

The mind is thickened and fattened by consolidating itself with those of others; and staining it with the affections, of wife and those of offspring, relations and friends.
