The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.26.57

एकदिक्करनिष्पन्दसिद्धसाध्यमरुद्गणम् ।
पलायमानगन्धर्वकिन्नरामरचारणम् ॥ ५७ ॥

ekadikkaraniṣpandasiddhasādhyamarudgaṇam |
palāyamānagandharvakinnarāmaracāraṇam || 57 ||

The dread of the demons drove the celestial deities, the Siddhas and Saddays and the gods of the winds, together with the Kinnaras, Gandharvas and Charanas, from all their different quarters to one indistinct side.
