The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.120.9

अथ प्राप्य महाटव्यां पर्यन्ते धूमधूसरे ।
तमेव ग्रामकं यस्मिन्सोऽभवत्पुष्टपुल्कसः ॥ ९ ॥

atha prāpya mahāṭavyāṃ paryante dhūmadhūsare |
tameva grāmakaṃ yasminso'bhavatpuṣṭapulkasaḥ || 9 ||

He then beheld a hamlet at the skirt of the wilderness, foggy with smoke, and appearing as the spot where he bore the name of Pushta.
