The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.60.61

मातृमेयप्रमाणादिमायात्मकमजं पदम् ।
बुद्धं विस्मृतिमायाति न कदाचन कस्यचित् ॥ ६१ ॥

mātṛmeyapramāṇādimāyātmakamajaṃ padam |
buddhaṃ vismṛtimāyāti na kadācana kasyacit || 61 ||

He who knows the increate Brahma to be the measurer, measure and the thing measured (i. e. the creator, created and the creation), to be all one and himself, can never forget this certain truth of unity, nor ever fall into the error of dualism of the cause and effect.
