The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

प्रकाशस्य यथाऽऽलोको यथा वातस्य चापलम् ।
यथा द्रवत्वं पयसि दृश्यत्वं द्रष्टरीदृशम् ॥ ५० ॥

prakāśasya yathā''loko yathā vātasya cāpalam |
yathā dravatvaṃ payasi dṛśyatvaṃ draṣṭarīdṛśam || 50 ||

The visible world is as innate in the all-knowing mind, as the light is inherent in the sun-beams, and velocity and fluidity are inborn in the winds and liquids.
