Rig Veda 6.73.1

यो अ॑द्रि॒भित्प्र॑थम॒जा ऋ॒तावा॒ बृह॒स्पति॑राङ्गिर॒सो ह॒विष्मा॑न् । द्वि॒बर्ह॑ज्मा प्राघर्म॒सत्पि॒ता न॒ आ रोद॑सी वृष॒भो रो॑रवीति ॥
यो अद्रिभित्प्रथमजा ऋतावा बृहस्पतिराङ्गिरसो हविष्मान् । द्विबर्हज्मा प्राघर्मसत्पिता न आ रोदसी वृषभो रोरवीति ॥
yo adribhit prathamajā ṛtāvā bṛhaspatir āṅgiraso haviṣmān | dvibarhajmā prāgharmasat pitā na ā rodasī vṛṣabho roravīti ||

English translation:

Bṛhaspati, who is the breaker of the mountain, the first-born (of Prajāpati), the observer of truth, the descendant of Aṅgirasa, the partaker of the oblation, the traverser of two worlds, abiding in the region of light, is to us a father; he, the showerer, hunders and in heaven and earth.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Bṛhaspati was born the seed of Prajāpati; then he was born from Aṅgirasas. Aitareya Brāhman.a iii.34: A legend of the origin of various deities from the seed of Prajāpati converted into burning coals is narrated: from some of the cinders proceeded, it is said, the Aṅgirasas; and then, from other cinders, not yet cool, Bṛhaspati
