न चाददीत वित्तानि सतां हस्तात्कदाचन ।
असद्भ्यस्तु समादद्यात्सद्भ्यः संप्रतिपादयेत् ॥ २१ ॥

na cādadīta vittāni satāṃ hastātkadācana |
asadbhyastu samādadyātsadbhyaḥ saṃpratipādayet || 21 ||
