Consisting of 18 books, the Mahabharata details the history and legends concerning ancient India (Bharata), including a major battle campaign involving the Kauravas and the Pandavas, also known as the Kurukshetra War. योधाक्षय्यजलं भीमं वाहनोर्मितरङ्गिणम् ।
क्षेपण्यसिगदाशक्तिशरप्रासझषाकुलम् ॥ १२ ॥

yodhākṣayyajalaṃ bhīmaṃ vāhanormitaraṅgiṇam |
