आधारासनमन्त्राणां मुद्राणां लक्षणं श्रुणु ।
आधारशक्तिमुद्रा कूर्ममुद्रा च ।
क्षिप्तमङ्गुलियुग्मं तु मुष्टिभ्यामन्तरे द्विज ॥ 59 ॥
