The Garga-samhita Verse 5.6.20, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 6 (Seeing Shri Mathura) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

श्री-भगवान् उवाच
अहो ऽति-धन्या मथुरा पुरीयं
वसन्ति यत्रैव जनास् तु सौम्याः
ये ऽज्ञात-पन्थान् स्व-गृहं नयन्ति
दृष्ट्वा पुरीं धाम तवागमिष्ये

śrī-bhagavān uvāca
aho 'ti-dhanyā mathurā purīyaṃ
vasanti yatraiva janās tu saumyāḥ
ye 'jñāta-panthān sva-gṛhaṃ nayanti
dṛṣṭvā purīṃ dhāma tavāgamiṣye

śrī-bhagavān uvāca—the Supreme Personality of Godhead said; ahaḥ—Oh; ati—very; dhanyaopulent; mathurāMathurā; purīCity; iyamthis; vasanti—reside; yatrawhere; eva—indeed; janāḥpeople; tu—indeed; saumyāḥbeautiful; ye—who; ajñāta-panthān—whose path is not known; sva-gṛham—to their own home; nayantitake; dṛṣṭvāseeing; purīm—the city; dhāmathe abode; tava—of you; āgamiṣye—I will come.

English translation of verse 5.6.20:

The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: Very beautiful and kind people, who take even strangers to be guests at their homes, live here. That is why Mathurā City is blessed with such opulences. After I have finished sightseeing in the city I will surely visit your home.
