यत्र गोवर्धनो नाम
सु-निर्झर-दरी-युतः
रत्न-धातु-मयः श्रीमान्
सु-पक्षि-गण-सङ्कुलः
yatra govardhano nāma
su-nirjhara-darī-yutaḥ
ratna-dhātu-mayaḥ śrīmān
su-pakṣi-gaṇa-saṅkulaḥ
yatra—where; govardhanaḥ—Govardhana; nāma—named; su-nirjhara—with beautiful streams; darī—and caves; yutaḥ—endowed; ratna—jewels; dhātu—and minerals; mayaḥ—consisting; śrīmāt—beautiful; su-pakṣi-gaṇa-saṅkulaḥ—filled with beautiful birds.
English translation of verse 1.4.24:
