यत्र वृन्दावनं नाम
वनं काम-दुघैर् द्रुमैः
मनोरम-निकुञ्जाढ्यं
सर्वर्तु-सुख-सम्युतम्
yatra vṛndāvanaṃ nāma
vanaṃ kāma-dughair drumaiḥ
manorama-nikuñjāḍhyaṃ
sarvartu-sukha-samyutam
yatra—where; vṛndāvanam—Vṛndāvana; nāma—named; vanaṃ-forest; kāma-dughaiḥ—fulfilling desires; drumaiḥ—with trees; manorama—beautiful; nikuñja—with forest groves; aḍhyam—opulent; sarva—in all; ṛtu—seasons; sukha-samyutam—with happiness.
English translation of verse 1.4.23:
. . . where there is the forest named Vṛndāvana, which is opulent with beautiful forests of trees that fulfill all desires, and which brings happiness in every season, .
