This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 52.133

षड्वर्ष तस्य व्रजतो तपोवने उग्रे भैरवे वने ।
दानेन मे तस्य भवति प्रणिधी परिपूरिया ॥ १३३ ॥

ṣaḍvarṣa tasya vrajato tapovane ugre bhairave vane |
dānena me tasya bhavati praṇidhī paripūriyā || 133 ||

“For six years he has been a wanderer in the wild and fearful forest of penance. By this gift to him my vow is fulfilled. (133)
