This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 21.11

भुजगपतिनो पि मुदिता मेघेहि सुगन्धतोयभरितेहि ।
अभ्योकिरन्ति गगणं अन्यानि च अद्भुतशतानि ॥ ११ ॥

bhujagapatino pi muditā meghehi sugandhatoyabharitehi |
abhyokiranti gagaṇaṃ anyāni ca adbhutaśatāni || 11 ||

Delighted serpent-lords besprinkle the air with clouds of sweet-smelling vapour. And there were hundreds of other wonders besides. (11)
