This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 12.12

सप्तरतनाङ्गचित्रा इमां अनेकरतनसम्पत्तीयो ।
शीति चतुर् उत्तरा तव विभू विहारान् अहं देमि ॥ १२ ॥

saptaratanāṅgacitrā imāṃ anekaratanasampattīyo |
śīti catur uttarā tava vibhū vihārān ahaṃ demi || 12 ||

“I give to thee, Lord, these eighty-four monasteries, with their corners bright with the seven precious stones, and adorned with many gems.” (12)
