The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आतिवाहिकदेहोऽसौ स्रष्टुराद्यस्य भावितः ।
आधिभौतिकतां चैतत्पिण्डाकारं प्रपश्यति ॥ ११ ॥

ātivāhikadeho'sau sraṣṭurādyasya bhāvitaḥ |
ādhibhautikatāṃ caitatpiṇḍākāraṃ prapaśyati || 11 ||

The spiritual body which was at first conceived, by the prime creator of all—Brahma, assumed a material form as that of a globe under his sight.
